Overpriced, uncomfortable poorly prepared food. I ordered Salmon and it was raw. My companion ordered steak and it was rare. Poor timing by the crew as some guests only received their food as we were stopping at the next venue. Was sold on the premise we would recieve three tours, one at each of 3 stops. In reality we received one tour, one half tour, and one tasting with an invite to shop at the deli and buy something. For over $600 I expected engaging, competent and knowledgable staff at the wineries and VIP tours but received much, much less. The one and only shining star was Iris our waitress and we also got to meet the train conductor, nice guy. Thank you Iris. So we were expecting a Del Frisco steak and instead were served chopped sirloin from McDonalds - that kind of experience. I highly recommend passing this train wreck by and spend your money elsewhere. Anyone that tells you differently is either not your friend or has absolutely no taste for the finer things in life. Instead of this being named "Napa Wine Train" it would be more accurately billed as "The Great Napa Train Robbery".
