Great local or tourist experience!
More of a shop than anything else, good for souvenirs and local flavor. Get some fresh popped popcorn and buy a souvenir cup for a free ice cold Pepsi, as a coke lover this place was still fun, tasty and nice place to take a break with kids in downtown new bern.... bonus across the street is a sitting area and other corner a church with a free out door playground.
