I had just moved here from Alabama in February. Not long after my service engine light came on came to Big O Dodge to get it fixed sat there for 4+ hours. I asked at the time how many oil changes I had left the guy told me none when I knew that sounded off because I was offered 4 free when I bought my car. I called my best friend who sold the car to me and she verified it was 4. Well today I go to look into what is going and the service department changed the oil changes down to 3 of course making it used up AND made me the second owner of my car when I am the ONLY person on the papers! Not to mention everyone there in the service department is rude and has absolutely no care for their customers.
STEP UP BEFORE I DRIVE 4 HOURS TO GET MY OIL CHANGES BY A DEALERSHIP WHO CARES!
