I'm a regular at Potbelly's. I live less than a mile from the bar (and grill...and it really is one, guaranteed!). The place reminds me of what is intended in the "Cheers" concept. All the staff (Kat, April, Erin, Jeanna, Mike, Randy, Tedra, and the owner Ben) strive to ensure that their clientele feel at 'home' in the bar. I am one of those that will only go to bars that I feel welcome...I go to Potbelly's a lot. Scott.
