Refis are a pain, I've gone thru several. Wasn't planning on another refi but the drop in rates was compelling. Researched several mortgage brokers/lenders and happened upon Avenir. Spoke to Greg. I tend to think I have a good idea of what I'm doing when it comes to refis and I found Greg to be analytically sharp and professional. I decided to work with Avenir. End result - smoothest and least arduous refi I've gone thru, it wasn't bad at all, lol. Electronic submission thru secure portal, Docu-sign, and knowledgeable & responsive communication, all helped to make it seamless. Low low rate, closed in 3 weeks. Actually no in-person meetings, except for the notary. Kudos to Greg and his team, Brent and Lisa. I've already recommended Avenir to a real estate agent friend of mine.
