Outdated decor the furniture is in shabby condition in the restaurant especially the outdoor furniture cushions and the conference center chairs. No USB ports for charging in the rooms or charging stations. Ironically I was here for a Customer Service conference the service here in my experience has not been good in less than 24 hours I experienced 3 service situations that were subpar pertaining to the restaurant including a charge on my card that was an error that my bank had to fix. I did make the restaurant manager and hotel management aware the response was to offer me free food. I had high expectations based on the website The expectations were not met. The grounds and pool are nicely landscaped.
