Let me start off by saying If you are tall this is not the hotel for you. My Room is on the 5th floor and I am 5' 9" . You feel like you have to duck as you walk down the hallway because the ceiling is only 6' tall. So as I get situated in my Room I need to use the restroom. When you flush the toilet it does not stop running for at least a 1/2 hour. I did talk to the front desk about it and they said they will send somebody up to fix it which they did, But that Didn't last after the 1st time I flushed it and made the noise again. Then the clock is an hour and a 1/2 off in your Room and there's no way to change the time . So I ask the front desk if they knew how to change the clock so I can set an alarm to wake up in the morning and the lady said she had no idea how but she will set a wake up call for me. OK that's fine, Think goodness I set my phone alarm to go off because I never received a wake up call. I'm here on a work function and for me not to make it to my destination on time is a big deal. This is only day one of a 2 day experience at this hotel. I can't wait to see what the next day brings.
