Communication needs to be upgraded.
I brought in my vehicle in on Monday morning. Said it would be done that day. It was a door assembly part. Never heard back from them. The next day l called to see what's up, they said they had to order a part. Be done Wednesday. I call later that day, because I have no call from them. I had to call. They were not sure if they were going to get it done today, said they might get it done They ordered the wrong part. Would have been nice if they called me the day before and informed me. But, the service guy was understanding about why I was mad, and handled the situation the best he could. The parts department was more to blame.
