absolute nightmare, riddled with unprofessionalism and broken promises

Our experience with Active Cyber Consulting was an absolute nightmare, riddled with unprofessionalism and broken promises. We encountered numerous issues that made our engagement with them regrettable:
Endless and Unresponsive Legal Process: Dealing with the legal aspect of our consulting agreement was a grueling ordeal. The company's lack of responsiveness and efficiency prolonged the process unnecessarily. We chose them solely for one specific consultant, but their lack of communication left us frustrated and disappointed.
Failure to Deliver on Promises: Active Cyber Consulting overpromised their ability to deliver a custom solution, only to fall short drastically. Instead of fulfilling their commitment, they attempted to convince us to pay an additional fee for what they failed to provide.
Budget Overrun and Unapproved Expenses: Shockingly, the vendor went over the agreed-upon budget without any prior notice or change order. We were billed extra expenses without proper justification or consent.
Non-Responsive to Resolutions: When we attempted to resolve these issues with the vendor, they displayed a complete lack of accountability and professionalism. Our emails went unanswered, leaving us stranded with unresolved problems.
Dishonest Billing Practices: Our trust was shattered when we discovered that the Project Manager billed us for hours he did not work. Even when he was supposedly sick and absent from a scheduled call, he still billed us for his time.
In conclusion, our experience with Active Cyber Consulting was beyond disappointing. We are appalled that they are considered an Workday preferred vendor, as they have shown a complete lack of integrity and reliability. We strongly advise others to steer clear of this company and explore alternative consulting options. Save yourself the headache and frustration by avoiding Active Cyber Consulting at all costs.
