Misleading is the first word that came to mind when think about them. Selling refurbish parts without telling the clients at prices of new parts. And when asked they say is normal. For me was second and last time when I went to that store. It is the only store in Ottawa area where they didn't said that the product is refurbished.

Thank you very much for your answer. When my friend called your shop it was never mentioned the the part is refurbished, also in the store nobody mention it. Normal it would have been to be advised before getting to the store. All other stores that where called said if is a refurbished part or not.
