MARINA PARRA... she was EXCELLENT. She is well informed. She is cordial professional and personable. She's a keeper! She is honest and does not push. The only BAD EXPERIENCE we had was with the rude floor manager John or Joe... almost of the attitude of .. take it or leave it., don't waste my time attitude. The INTERNET sales was nice (DANIKA) yet abit of misleading information given to get the customers to visit. the FINANCE MANAGER!!! A smart man yet very unfriendly and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! He left the room after the purchse without shaking hands nor saying thank you etc He left the room before the client and did not even acknowledge us outside when we went out to get the car and he was standing right in front of us! He even passed by again without saying anything. Just because he could not hook us into buying more extras, he was RUDE!!!!!!! Left a bad taste in the mouth afterwards about the dealership.
