I've had NHEC for over 28 years. Every power company seems to have challenges ever since the ice storm of 2008. NHEC seems to restore power faster than most, at least for me. Notification system works well, alerting me to power being restored after reporting the outage. This 2017 storm, we lost power for ~30 hours. Lower electrical rate than any others, including the power generation companies competing with EverSource. No complaints for me in 28 years.
