I read some not so great reviews so was trepidatious when my daughter and I went prom dress shopping. The staff was greeted us quickly, was friendly and helpful. I had the same experience at all three stores because my daughter wanted to see if she would find something better at the other stores. This store held her dress aside for her at no charge that day until we could either call to say we found another dress or that we were going to buy it. We ended up driving back and purchasing the beautiful dress. I have no idea where those bad reviews came from. I would definitely recommend all three stores.
