Stayed at the Isle in Waterloo oct 3rd room 704 ....

Stayed at the Isle in Waterloo oct 3rd room 704 .
Was making coffee the next morning the 4th and looked up and here's a cockroach going up toward the Tv , smashed it put it in a plastic bag and when I checked out I gave it to the front desk.
Like this casino but wasn't very happy as to how this was handled that morning.
The woman called who ever deals with the bugs and then says to me your check d out now oh and I see you had a free room, this is what burned me.
I play there and stay there I lose a lot but yes I still come there .
It could have been handled better than how it was.
The more I thought of it the more I got upset.
I didn't put the bug there all I did was stayed and played .
But when she says oh you had a free room anyway, big deal so it was free!
I am not second rate cause it was a free room.
Wake up if people didn't play there YOU wouldn't have a job to begin with.
Treat people with respect and not as you did.
Free room or not.
And Keep the BUG I don't want them in my house,
By the way I did you a favor and told you and showed you I killed it, I didn't have to!
It could have been someone else who turns it in
Wonder if a paid room gets treated better????
