I had high hopes for this company. I havent missed a payment or been late in many years. When I needed help because of the Covid19 they offered me to skip 3 payments and then im supposed to pay back every penny at the end of the 3rd month. I called them and asked if they had any other options and I was told no. I asked them how they would report it on my credit report and they would not give me a straight answer. So when i needed them most they failed us. So much for making it through a national disaster with a home. I dont have an issue paying them i just needed breakup the 3 payments over a few months. But they wanted me to redo my mortgage and not guarantee me the same low rate.
