Ordered an in stock ladder for $1050. That same day they marked it shipped - I have proof. Called 4 days later for a tracking number because it still wasn t listed in my order details. Then, I was told it was back ordered. I asked for how long and he didn t know. I requested a refund and they wouldn t help. I explained I needed a ladder immediately and a back ordered one wasn t going to work. My contract with them was for an in stock ladder. They couldn t perform. The customer service person was not helpful. Now, weeks later, they still haven t refunded my money and I m waiting on a dispute from American Express. Stay away from this company. They advertise high dollar items as in stock, steal your money, and leave you in limbo. Since then I purchased an in stock ladder on Amazon and received it two days later. So now I m out the money for a very expensive ladder because I did business with these crooks. Read the other reviews. Other people with expensive purchases, like pools, don t know where their items are. This is predatory behavior. Beware. UPDATE: AMERICAN EXPRESS SIDED WITH ME ON THE INVESTIGATION AND REFUNDED MY MONEY. HINT: USE THEIR ONLINE CHAT WHEN YOU TALK TO THEM. HIT THE BUTTON TO GET A COPY OF THE TRANSCRIPT. PROVIDE THAT TRANSCRIPT TO YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY IF YOU'RE DISPUTING A CHARGE.
