This was my first time in Uchi but I went with my daughter, who knew what to order, etc. I had some machi cure, yellow tail and onions, crunchy salmon, the seasonal fish (it was bass), brussel sprouts, roasted beets and a small batch (6) of yasai maki (vegetarian rolls).
