I Wednesday Rizzi am a patient at Bayshore in 2 North. I am being cared for very well. I came in scared and alone by ambulance due to breathing issues due to severe bronchitis and asthma complications. I was immediately cared for in the emergency room. I was made comfortable and felt safe. Everyone I came in contact with was professional and curtious. I truly would like thank them for that. I was admitted to 2 North in a timely fashion and brought to my room and settled in comfortably. My nurse Lisa was a pleasure to be cared for by. She has a great personality and bed side manner and of course very professional. The hospital is immaculate, well staffed and organized. From housekeeping to the attending physicans, I do not have a single complaint. I met Mark Morrison (patient experience ambassador) He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I had what I needed and even took the time to see what I may want to help pass the hours since I was alone here. From magazines to adult coloring books. He also had the chef Joseph LeRoy bring up a fruit platter since I had been here for a few days. That was incredibly nice. It was lovely meeting someone behind the scenes that makes a big difference. He made me smile and the meals have been great! Thank you Soo much for turning a negative time for me into a positive experience!!!! Thumbs up!!! Your hospital has come a long way !!! Again, thank you!!!
