We just bought a 2019 RAV4 and received excellent service from Katy Barber (eSales) and Austin Smith (Sales Consultant). We live four hours away and wouldn t have bought the RAV4 from Economy Honda if not for the patient and professional service we received via email, text and telephone from these two. When we arrived in Chattanooga we found the vehicle to be exactly as described to us. We are very pleased and would gladly buy another vehicle long distance from Economy Honda again.
