Check in is at 3pm we arrived at 6pm and our room ...

Check in is at 3pm we arrived at 6pm and our room was not ready. We waited a full hour for our room to be ready. While waiting we watched multiple guests arrive and check in and were given a room while we kept checking and were told our room was not ready. We were offered a room with 1 king bed even though we had our children with us. We were told they could sleep on the floor if we wanted a room sooner than our 2 queen bed would be ready. After finally getting into our room at 7pm we found garbage the maids had missed and our coffee maker was broken. However when we notified the front desk they assured us we weren't using it correctly. Housekeeping came and after a half hour of being in our room pouring water in and dumping it out and unplugging it and plugging it in again they agreed it was broken and finally left our room and brought us another one but it took them 45 minutes to get it to us.
The facilities are beautiful and the restaurant and it's staff were top notch. Perhaps some more training of housekeeping will benefit this hotel.
