forced to call for several days to request a certificate, for tax deduction, not available on the portal as indicated by the staff of the school services office. Received email without attachment, after solicitation, no results. With little professionalism and manners, they answer that they are working ... and we users are not ?! After being treated rudely, I have now lost hope of recovering the money that is due to me from the deduction.
