I called John Moore to set up a quote for installation of a storm door and getting new flooring done in my living room. The operator I spoke with was friendly and very helpful, she is the reason I gave the 2 stars otherwise I would give one star. The guy came out the next day and we talked about the work I wanted done. He did not take measurements of the room or of the place where the storm door would be installed. He keep asking what was the prices of other quotes I received but I never told him. I asked him if he needed to take measurements & he said, no he has a good eye for these things. Then he goes outside to his truck I assume then comes back in with an OUTRAGEOUS price for the storm door & floors. I had so many questions about this arbitrary number that did not have a detailed breakdown of pricing like what kind of door am I getting, etc.

How in the hell is one storm door and one room total over $7,000 and these does NOT include materials (which I would have to purchase separately)
I was very disappointed in the renovation salesperson that came to my home. I expected better service than this. We were ready to schedule the work that day if we liked what John Moore had to offer but that didn't happen.
