Had an appointment set up for yesterday (07/10/2018) to replace my water heater (set up through John Cantu). I was given a 0800-1000 window for the replace and install of the water heater. At 1000 having heard nothing from anyone at John Moore, I called John Cantu, of course it went straight to voicemail. I left a message that I had heard nothing from anyone in his company about the install and would like to know what was going on. A hour later after hearing nothing from John cantu or anyone from John Moore services I called Abacus Plumbing. They gave me an excellent quote Much cheaper quote than John Cantu.
I called John Moore services to cancel my order and was told someone from customer care would contact me yesterday afternoon. I am not surprised that I still have not heard from anyone at John Moore. Use at your own peril, not a good company to use.
