Its a nice place, has a great view of the ocean and gold coarse, good access to beach, nice trails and overall good community. However, their villas are getting outdated and was not impressed by the kitchen, dryer etc. appliances are getting old and not sure off people live here in the adjoining units but had an issue with roaches (they weren't water bugs). They should consider renovating and pest control.
