Room was clean and space was sufficient. However that was about it. The service of this hotel was a nightmare and worst I have ever experienced in Singapore.

I arrived with the receptionist arranging the wrong room setting. Booked double bed but gave single bed. Management mentioned to change the bed but that did not happen in the end with no explanation given.

Upon checking out, we wanted to claim the free parking coupon as room comes with that in the terms. Receptionist mentioned we should have parked at the members club parking to enjoy this otherwise no parking coupon can be issued.

How could u expect the clients to know this when nothing was being mentioned? We had to make a fuss about it before they were able to issue a free parking coupon. The worst thing was when we were drove out, the gantry says its an expired coupon!!

What a joke. Me and my friends booked 2 rooms and wanted to relax over the weekends but was spoiled because the staffs were not properly trained. If you do not wish to pay for staycation and risks spoil your your mood and holidays, please avoid this hotel at all cost!
