I had to wait a few minutes outside because of social distancing. Then I worked with Chris and did a test run on a used bike. Decided to purchase a new bike, Chris worked to find a color I liked and even delivered it for me because I am a senior and my husband wasn't up to helping me get it home.
This was far beyond his duties and was the deciding factor in my purchase.
