Nothing but lack of courtesy n accountability and never return phone call. This company is one that you should stay away from. Total disrespect and lacks the professionalism
I've never recv any spiff for any activations. Signed up for Verizon prepaid when it first came out and they didnt have things working right due to that I lost customers, ask to get signed up they gave us the run around.

Never again will I recommend upd to anyone.
