Theresa was phenomenal and completely made my day! Her professionalism and old school can do attitude on customer service made what could have been a miserable experience far better then expected. I truly appreciate her working through my issue, and I do not hope to need assistance from the Clerk of Courts office again but if I do she is who I'd call. Thank you again!
