When I arrive, I was checked into a room that clearly had not been cleaned yet. Got a second room and when I pulled back the sheets there where nasty black hairs. Complained and the best I got was - we can bring you new sheets. Uhm - BIG no thank you. If what I went through today is any indication of how you clean, who knows what s on the mattress, towels, and carpet. DISGUSTING!!! Definitely NOT 4 star hotel worthy.
