Worst customer service I ve ever experienced. I have been sending emails and calling office with no response or actions taken for 2 years since install. Tiles are falling off all over, equipment issues, coping around pool is loose and coming off already! This was a $70,000 pool. I personally had to work with all there sub contractors because Ferrari doesn t know how to manage them. Next step is legal action. If you enjoy poor workmanship and unanswered calls then this is the company for you.
