Don't trust the ticket booth people when they say ...

Don't trust the ticket booth people when they say they can hold a pass for your friend who is running late. You'll just spend 1-2 hours getting the runaround before having to buy another pass. No accountability from the staff whatsoever. I'd give zero stars if I could. North American Midway Entertainment is a terrible company.
