I just need to make a review about one of the employees that I've had the pleasure of running into a couple times, I live in an apartment and our water heater has had trouble - both times Jon has been working at my place he has been so friendly and polite, and never without a smile on his face! You can tell he enjoys his job and makes the best of each day and what he needs to get done. He also has a wonderful singing voice !
