After a flight cancellation, we find ourselves in front of the radisson nice at 3:20 in the morning to take a room ... obviously, we are not alone but 1:30 later, we advanced 1m. The receptionist takes 20 minutes to give a room! We know we are going to spend the night in the lobby, waiting for a hypothetical room! Nobody to get things done, a real scandal!
