I have had the pleasure of working for this company for almost three years now and been able to grow within my multifamily housing career with all they have to offer their employees. From the team morale, the dedication to their projects and work ethic along with the values they strive for all their staff, being a part of TDC, they truly exemplify what means to do what you love and love what you do at work! I am so happy to be part of something that brings value not only me, but the people we impact that choose to live at our properties and bring an experience, unlike any other. I have been in the industry for almost 10 years, and couldn't imagine working anywhere else. Not only do they make an amazing product, but they bring an extra level of service and dedication to their residents, their managers and to those who work with them to make amazing places to live and work!
