Customer Service help was very poor. I could finally talk to someone after staying on hold for a long time. That person would tell me that someone would be in touch with me within 48 business hours. This circus went on many times over 3 weeks. I was never contacted by anyone. However after every call I would get a vague email that stated to click on the link to respond to them. The link had nothing in it but their customer service information, even after submitting my ticket number. One of my emails said my ticket number would soon be closed making it sound as if I hadn't responded to them! I would then call back, wait on hold, and talk to someone else again, confirm my phone number and wait. I was never contacted. One of the last emails said my ticket number would soon be closed making it sound as if I hadn't responded to them Finally I called back and demanded that I get my request taken care of. The gentleman responded and supposedly put in the order I needed replaced. However I still have not received it and it has been almost a week. I do have an email about the order, but not that it was shipped. I also got an immediate email that my ticket number was now closed. Oh great! I'm going to give it some time but I am very suspicious and would never recommend. The item is an electric fireplace insert that I purchased in October and by December the heater was no longer working.
