Took my money, never sent parts, cannot call anyon...

Took my money, never sent parts, cannot call anyone, tried by email to get my order no luck...even tried to use their system, no parts, no way to get through..I feel I have been ripped off. An I feel they may have committed Credit card fraud against me. I cannot get or find my parts, or anyone. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE..WARNING !!!
