A fantastic experience. The food is innovative, creative and very delicious. You really get around with the 13 servings. The wine menu is super well-tuned and contains exciting wine. (There is also a possibility for juice now.) There is a lot of focus on ecology gold mark). The atmosphere is nice and relaxed, but the service is all through professional and the waiters are very attentive without being intrusive. There is really value-for-money. Definitely worth at least one star. I probably had two Michelin, but the guide is a little conservative in terms of white tablecloth and ala carte requirements. Take for everything in the world menu.
