Company looks like a wonderful company with friendly people behind the bar, but if something is wrong with your car then they would rather spend time under warranty than time to adequately repair your car. They have specially employed people for this: an after-sales director. His salary must come from somewhere.
Do not purchase Best Buy (Plus) with warranty extension and warranty repair from a dealer in your area, because if another garage does not perform the repair properly, the terms of the Bovag do not apply to the additional terms. You then have no leg to stand on. Moreover, Bovag warranty is already included with cars from 4500 euros. Why would you pay extra? It is better to put that money aside for a possible repair. For a delivery I would not do it either: cars are already heavily cleaned in the garage, oil is not even changed (only according to factory schedule) and within a year, within 15000 km the oil level has already been dangerously twice below minimum, despite interim completely fill / refresh during a small turn. So first check the oil level before you start driving, i Also inspect the bottom well. They also let you quietly drive out of the garage with a dangerously sliding floor mat that didn't want to get stuck anymore because of a button from the previous mat that was stuck to the wall. That's what they call a year of maintenance-free driving. On day 1 I already had to go to the garage to release the button. Despite the fact that the expert report of the disputes committee states that the burning smell did not come from misuse of the clutch but came from leaking oil, the seller certainly claims that the car was not leaking oil during their inspections. Rara how is that possible, no leakage but the burning smell of it. Extensive diagnosis of coupling problem almost as expensive as repair. If you have invested more than a thousand euros in extra warranty and service, you will no longer have any money left for an expensive diagnosis and repair with the high probability that you will have to pay the costs yourself. About a pok noise during the springing out after a threshold, high whistles from 80 km / h from the powertrain, a broken window control driver's seat, I will say nothing. Nothing they have wanted to repair. You would expect that the guarantee you buy is a kind of insurance that all buyers collectively pay for a few unlucky ones like me. But also bad luck has to be earned and not a cent too much loss should be made, except for that one cup of coffee of course. Don't be tempted / mislead. I'll never come back. You have been warned.
