I love staying in unique modern hotels, particularly if they've been built into a historic building. The Napoleon fit the bill perfectly. They did an excellent job on the design and finishing touches. The front desk was friendly and addressed me by name during my entire visit. However, the bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly and the valet parking is pricey. Memphis is a hotel wasteland, so The Napoleon is a welcome change!
