If you think you go through employment rights properly then you need think again... You have on your vacancies you post on any jobsite Secure Employment when that is nothing but false. I had a friend there who one day was called in the office (Boardroom) without any notice on the Friday 6th April by Anthony Hall and Naithan Walker (Which you made this person work the full week knowing you were going to do this to this person on friday) and without following the disciplinary procedure terminated this person s contract with the poorest explanation ever. Behaviour? This person only ever mis-behaved once? But what about the rest of the staff that have done an endless of things in regards to being mis-behaved? Then we have not reliable? What when this person only had a few days in a year off for different valid reasons with proof? But then again what about all the other staff that have days/weeks/months on ends here and there off? But they still are reliable? this place is nothing but corrupt and favouritism. If they don t like you or you don t appeal to them they will do anything they possibly can to get rid of you, anything.

Even your Warehouse Supervisor Darren Taylor was shocked when this person got called into the Office (Boardroom) and without any notice or any law employment rights just got rid of this person and said he couldn t appeal because this person was under two year s of working for you? Absolute disgrace of management by Anthony Hall and by Naithan Walker.
