10/5/2020 Edit - I reached out to Dolores Higgins (at number provided) like was asked in the reply.... Dolores is a great example of what prompted my review in the first place..... Dolores Higgins will not return my phone messages. No communication at all. I'm not even sure why I was asked to reach out to someone who never returns phone calls. This is the terrible customer service I'm speaking of.

Terrible experience working with this mortgage company through the midst of a pandemic! Zero, none, nada communication with customers. You can call, email, fax not a single person will contact customers back regarding the customers concerns. I'm completely fed up by now!!
