By far the worst customer service on the phone. The women who answered did not give me her name, she was short with me and didn t listen to anything I was saying, just basically that they won t do anything the day of and it will be 2 weeks before I hear anything... regardless of the severity of my circumstance. Before I could get a word in she hung up on me. So appalled by the service.
