Apparently these are real estate agents for HUD to build and flip houses!? They help you use sweat equity as down payment to purchase a house you help build, on donated land with donated materials, at market cost of the house! Giving the money to????? I know many people who donated their houses to this program to give to the poor not to sell to them!
