Great (expensive) couch if everything goes well! I have been a Bunq customer for years and in the beginning it was a very innovative and innovative whole.
"Bank of the free", standing up against the established order, the existing banking world was stuck and held you in a hold. Get out and go to BUNQ.
Now after years of existence, they are even worse than the then established order. Existing customers from the first hour are forced to switch to the Premium account for 7.99 per month. Scandalous!
My wallet was stolen, which of course also included my BUNQ pass. Obviously blocked directly via the app. And then request a new one. Not so, first switch to the Premium otherwise no more pass.
To illustrate, at ING (that of the established order) I had a new pass on the bus for 3.50 within 2 days
That is another reward from BUNQ! Stolen your wallet, lost everything. Almost 200 in costs to replace everything and be blackmailed by your bank if you want to replace a pass. Chappeau BUNQ!
So I switch back to the established order again. They do normally deal with existing customers who have been robbed!
