Give yourself 2-3 hours here. Even if you've got young kids they'll more than likely be fascinated about how people lived before the internet. Before you hit the farm & stagecoach itself, make sure to take a walk through the museum. It's small, informative, and it has some interactive exhibits that will keep the kids on your side. Once you're done there go ride your stagecoach, go tour your farm, see the animals, and see what life was like in a previous century. It will be well worth your time to go back in time.
