Booked a trip with them for Korea for 21 Aug to 29...

Booked a trip with them for Korea for 21 Aug to 29 Aug 2018.

Paid the deposit.

They were largely unresponsive when it comes to emailing once deposit was made.

Had to email and call them a few times before a staff called Andrew answered my question on whether the trip is confirmed.

Was told we would only be informed 2 weeks prior and so I told my parents to be patient.

My mum, being impatient, called them a month or so after to check again and since it was still a month away from 21 Aug, she got the same reply.

Called them on the 9 August again and was told the trip was cancelled due to poor participation figures.

Asked why I was not informed and the staff said maybe Andrew was planning to tell me sometime this week.

Seriously?!

Now, I got 1 week to plan a trip when leave has been taken and everything is gonna costs more due to how rushed it is. Thank god I have not exchanged currency.

Vanessa who serviced the refund of deposit is quick in response at least but I am still very disappointed with how this was handled.
