Since I have still not received an answer to my e-mail from July 6th, 2017, I am publishing it here to make my impression of the Kameha Grand Hotel accessible to those interested:
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
A colleague and I were on a business trip on the night of June 28th. accommodated in your hotel on June 29th, 2017.
Since I've never enjoyed 5 star accommodation and probably won't be back anytime soon, I was really looking forward to a little luxury.
However, we only got this very reluctantly. At check-in we were ignored at first, the lady wasn't particularly friendly either. Later I was almost knocked over by a waitress in the hallway, for which I got a dirty look. I waited in vain for an apology for this.
At breakfast we were consistently ignored by five service employees, while the wishes of other guests were almost read from their eyes. It was only after half an hour that I was able to contact a service lady to ask her to exchange the no longer lukewarm and stale coffee in the pot on the table.
We were treated like second-class people throughout our stay and felt anything but comfortable, which in retrospect makes me very angry.
Our rooms were very nice, unfortunately everything else was very disappointing!
I will avoid this hotel in the future!
