Horrible line of communication with tenants. Maintenance is non existent and in order to get anything repaired I had to call an outside company and have them bill Crotts. I would suggest making sure you DO NOT rent commercial office space or an apartment that is managed (I say that term loosely because they don't actually manage anything other than your payments) by THE CROTTS GROUP. Macon Georgia people beware!!!! They have commercial and apartments in our area!! Do your due diligence and make sure you don't get stuck in a lease under this management company!!! You will regret the decision, promise!
