I don't even know where to begin.
It's absurd that an insurance that charges so much for their services can treat their costumers so wrong. I had the worst luck, a guy crashed my car about 3 weeks ago and he so happens to have the same insurance as me and it's been 3 weeks and a half and I still have not heard from the Adjuster nor the insurance itself I've called every single day and the story is that "they're waiting for the police report" a police report takes about 3-5 business days to get to them, I've wasted plenty of money on Uber's and bus to get to where I need to go, -!; it's unfair knowing that my car can be fixed cause it wasn't my fault at all. Worst experience ever. Don't recommend this insurance at all.
