Customer service = nonexistent. These people never...

Customer service = nonexistent. These people never got back to me. Not a smart move considering I had a really big number of people behind me who planned on ordering from them (they'd have been repeat customers). I'd have gladly used them repeatedly for my paper needs but there's no way I'm going to put my trust in a company that can't even get back to me.
